Lucas Anderson, our technician today, was able to fix the Split Unite quickly. He is very professional and respectful of our home and us. Air One scheduled our appointment on the day we noticed a problem with the unit, and we are pleased with the work.

This is the third time I have used AirOne for electrical service and I have been completely satisfied with them. I moved to the area about three years ago and am still in the process of compiling a list of who to use for what and AirOne is definitely on that list. I was able to make an appointment easily and in a reasonable time frame, they arrived on time and did what was needed at what I believe is a reasonable price.

This was a welcome experience! I can not say enough good things about this company. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and the customer service was on point. I feel like they were honest(and I did a lot of reaearch) and the crew they sent out was very knowledgeable. Johnny was amazing in explaining any questions or concerns I had. They were so respectful of the property and just so accommodating with my dogs. Overall, customer service, crew and their expertise was excellent.
