After troubleshooting my heating system and finding a shorted wire bundle, Jackson and Johnny listened to my concerns and desires before agreeing on a solution that replaced the wire bundle. Both servicemen were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient as they completed the task I had proposed. Except for a clogged drain pipe, this was my first issue since purchasing the system in 2012.
