The filter on this HVAC Heat Pump system had not been changed regularly. This caused a lot of dust to accumulate on the Evaporator coil. This caused the system to not cool very well, even freeze up at times. We cleaned the coil and it is working much better now

When Ultraviolet Lights get old, they loose their ability to kill bacteria and mold and can actually act as a grow light. This picture also shows the limitations of UV light. You can see the badge at the bottom of the evaporator coil has mold on it because it is not in direct view of the Ultraviolet Lamp. Will provide options for removing the mold
