We can't say enough about AirOne Heating & Air Conditioning. Our AC compressor stopped working on Saturday night. With 90 degree temperatures, we needed help. Sunday morning we called AirOne. Lance, understood our problem, explained their procedures & service fees, & sent Nicholas (HVAC technician) to help us. Nicholas checked our compressor, found the problem, fixed it, checked our entire system and made sure everything was working properly. This young man was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He explained everything he would do, showed us the problem, fixed it, and then made sure there were no other issues. It has been a long time since we have found such PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RESPECTFUL and HONEST service. (FYI--the cost was reasonable also) We HIGHLY recommend AIRONE Heating & Air Conditioning!
