Wave Goodbye to the 21 Point Inspection

Energy Savings

AirOne did, because we invented something better… Total Performance Diagnostic. The current service and inspections programs are OK, as far as they go, but they just don’t go far enough. They don’t tell you or the technician how much cooling or heating your system is producing, compared to how much it should be producing.  And they don’t tell you how efficiently that cooling or heating is being produced.

That’s right, the two most critical pieces of information you need to know, your service technician doesn’t even know after his 21 point inspection.  Now don’t get me wrong, that 21 point inspection can go a long way in detecting existing and potential problems but often times leaves a lot of problems undetected.  Not safety problems or component problems, but performance problems.  A group of people playing musical instruments well doesn’t mean they’re playing the same song or playing it in the same key.  Just like your air conditioning or heating system, there can still be performance problems.

AirOne invented Total Performance Diagnostic so we could evaluate how well all those individual cooling and heating system components were operating in harmony with one another to produce the type of performance we expected.

Here’s what our reports tell us about your heating and air conditioning system:

  • Actual cooling and/or heating BTU’s being produced
  • Actual cubic foot per minute of air being mover through the system
  • Actual system EER (energy effeciency ratio)
  • Estimated SEER (seasonal energy effeciency ratio)
  • Estimated annual operating cost
